  1. OK, you inspired a poem about Jesus…and rock-climbing.

    First we gotta set protection,
    so we don’t fall off the rock;
    then we climb the next section,
    and Jesus is the chock.
    He is wedged in nice and tight,
    and will carry all our weight.
    We’ve got to trust with all our might,
    for He controls our fate.
    The holds for our feet and hands
    may be sparse, but still, be bold,
    stress the rope with high demands,
    and Jesus the Chock will hold.
    Be confident, as you climb,
    for He is with you all the time.
