Sunday Psalms – 11

Psalm 11

I will hide in my GOD.

He gives me safety from the evil around me.

He is everywhere watching and seeing everything.

He tests the righteous and the evil.

Because He is righteous, He loves those who make the right choices and they will see Him.

Sunday Psalms 10

Psalm 10

Father, why do You hide from Your people? Evil is everywhere. Seize those who are scheming and dishonest, prideful, saying there is no God. Why do You let people prosper who curse You, are dishonest, arrogant, deceitful, oppressive, full of lies, sinners, murderers of the helpless and innocent? Why do You let them think You don’t see them?

Father, we need You to act! You see everything. Stop the evil! Take control!

Other nations will die out, but You are the Alpha and Omega! You will always be King!

I know You hear. Strengthen us! Let Your law and justice rule our land and this (Your) World!

Sunday Psalms 8

Psalm 8

Father, Almighty God, Your name is higher than any other. Your glory shines above the heavens. Even babies and children know Your strength and power. You will overcome all that is wrong in this world.

Who am I that You are aware of me? I see Your perfect work everywhere! Why do You even care about me?

The One You love the most (Jesus) is King of all that is, was, or ever will be. You have given Him total control of all creation.

LORD, Your Great, Mighty, Holy name is higher than any other!

Sunday Psalms

LORD, I cannot bear Your anger with me.  Your displeasure is more than I can handle.

Have mercy on me. I am hurting into the marrow of my bones.  When will You heal my soul?

LORD, where are You?  I need to know Your merciful presence.  How can I say thanks?

I can’t sleep.  I cry all night.  My eyes are sore.  I am so discouraged!

Sinners and enemies get out of my house.  God is listening to me.  He has heard my prayer.

This is Psalm 6 in my own words.  Psalm 123, 4  and are also posted.  Check them out by clicking on the number.

Blessings to you and yours!

Sunday Psalms

Psalm 3

LORD, it seems like so many are against me.  They say You are against me.

I know better.  You are my shield.  You lift me up.  I call out to You and You answer.

When I sleep and then awake it is because You have protected and sustained me through the night.  I will not fear what is all around me.

Stand up for me, LORD!  Deliver me!  Strike down my enemies!

I know You will deliver me!  Bless Your people!

Blessings to you and yours!
